arr999 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

To register and use the arr999 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident or legal visitor of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or associate of arr999 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or cooling-off period that is currently active on the arr999 platform.

arr999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of your relationship with the platform. Where proof of age cannot be provided to arr999's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution.

Each eligible individual is entitled to hold one arr999 account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

When registering your arr999 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number registered in your own name, and a valid email address if provided. You must keep this information up to date.

Your arr999 account login credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. arr999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for maximum security on your arr999 account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Notify arr999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never access your arr999 account from a shared or public device without logging out fully.

arr999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of terms violation, fraud, or identity misrepresentation. In such cases, a full investigation will be conducted before any account funds are dealt with.

All financial transactions on arr999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). arr999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

Accepted payment methods currently include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. arr999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: Rs 100 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 200 for NayaPay and SadaPay; Rs 500 for IBFT and card transactions.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for all methods. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply: Rs 500,000 for verified accounts via mobile wallets; Rs 2,000,000 via IBFT. VIP tier members have elevated or no daily withdrawal caps.

Transaction fees: arr999 charges zero fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Any fees applied by your payment provider (such as a bank's IBFT processing charge) are separate from and outside the control of arr999.

arr999 conducts transaction monitoring and may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large or unusual deposit volumes. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the account holder's name are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

arr999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any bonus-specific terms published on the arr999 Promotions page.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% match on first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. Applicable to new registered players who have not previously held an arr999 account.
• Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement on all arr999 bonuses is 25x the bonus amount. The original deposit amount is not subject to wagering requirements and is withdrawable at any time.
• Wagering Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports betting and crash games typically contribute 100%. Certain RNG table games may contribute less. Full contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses on arr999 must be used within 30 days of being credited unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, and payment method. Players who attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses by creating additional accounts will have all accounts closed.
• Minimum Odds: For sports bets to count towards bonus wagering, minimum odds of 1.50 per selection apply unless otherwise stated.

arr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-term, any wagering progress already accumulated towards the requirement will be honoured.

Bonus abuse — including systematic exploitation of promotions through methods not consistent with genuine recreational gameplay — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure. arr999's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

The arr999 sportsbook covers cricket (PSL, international Tests, T20Is, ODIs), and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting on the arr999 platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when arr999 has confirmed it in your My Bets section. Bets that have not been confirmed due to technical failure or network error are not valid.
• Minimum Bet: Rs 50 per selection across all sports markets.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed when you click a selection are indicative and may change before your bet slip is submitted.
• Match Abandonment: In T20 matches, where fewer than 10 overs per side are completed before abandonment, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. DLS results are treated as official results for all betting purposes.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to live odds that update in real time. arr999 does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout a match. Markets may be suspended during key moments at arr999's discretion.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where they have been placed in error, where an event is abandoned, or where a market has been affected by obvious error in odds pricing. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account.
• Accumulator Bets: Where one leg of an accumulator is voided, the remaining legs stand and the accumulator is recalculated without the voided selection.

arr999 maintains the right to limit maximum winnings on any single bet or market. Payout limits for individual sports markets are displayed within the market detail view. In exceptional circumstances, arr999 may review and settle bets at reduced odds where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

The arr999 casino and live casino sections operate under the following conditions:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for RNG-based games, and by live physical processes for live dealer tables.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel. arr999 does not alter RTP settings beyond those certified by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — a disconnection during a live casino hand, or a crash game crash that occurs during a server error — the bet will be voided and the stake returned. arr999's determination of whether a technical malfunction occurred is final.
• Live dealer tables operate under table-specific minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed on the table lobby before you join.
• Crash games including Aviator involve a multiplier that rises from 1.00x and may crash at any point. Once you cash out, your bet is settled at the cashout multiplier regardless of what the multiplier subsequently reaches. Failure to cash out before the crash results in a lost bet.

arr999 does not permit the use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to play casino or crash games. Any account found to be using such tools will be closed and associated balances reviewed.

arr999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps settable by the player at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss amounts over a defined period, after which no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Enabled by default for new arr999 accounts. Notify the player after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders showing time elapsed and net win/loss during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediate, one-click self-exclusion available in all account settings. Minimum exclusion period is 6 months. During self-exclusion, no deposits or bets can be placed and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporary break periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the account is suspended but not permanently closed.

arr999 may apply responsible gaming restrictions to an account proactively where platform monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, even where the player has not requested any restriction. The player will be notified when this occurs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the arr999 platform and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one arr999 account in any individual's name, household, or using shared payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own legal name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or collusion related to sports events covered by arr999's sportsbook.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play (bonus abuse).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the arr999 platform.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions or platform security measures using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Allowing or facilitating a person under 18 years of age to access or use your arr999 account.
• Harassment of arr999 staff, live casino dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected, arr999 may freeze the account, suspend all pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining the appropriate action. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no right to the return of any winnings derived during the period of misconduct.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all arr999 withdrawal requests and may be requested at any time at arr999's discretion. The standard KYC documentation required is:

• A clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back), showing full name, CNIC number, and date of birth.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC clearly visible beside your face.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot or photo showing your name on the Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account used for transactions.

KYC verification is a one-time process on arr999 and once approved, no further verification documents are required for standard account activity. Re-verification may be requested in cases of significant account changes or where transaction monitoring raises concerns.

arr999 processes and stores KYC documents in accordance with applicable data protection standards. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where legally required.

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being held pending verification. Account closure may follow extended non-compliance, with funds returned to the original deposit method after deduction of any bonus amounts received.

arr999 collects and processes personal data as described in the arr999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an arr999 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data arr999 collects includes, but is not limited to: your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, device identifiers, IP addresses, transaction history, and betting history. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

arr999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors as necessary to process transactions, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

arr999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While arr999 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, uptime, and accuracy of information, the following limitations apply:

• arr999 is not liable for any loss of profit, business, revenue, or winnings arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions outside arr999's reasonable control.
• arr999 is not liable for the accuracy of third-party data feeds including live scores, odds data, or match statistics used in the arr999 sportsbook.
• arr999's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
• Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. arr999 accepts no liability for losses incurred through gameplay that is consistent with normal platform operation.
• arr999 is not responsible for internet connection failures on the player's side that result in bets not being confirmed or sessions being interrupted.

Nothing in these terms limits arr999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

arr999 may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, arr999 will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the arr999 platform after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account. Any funds in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
